I'm Anna. I work with people who want a thoughtful, grounded approach to change — not a quick fix or a script. Sessions are paced to you, held with care, and shaped around what you bring through the door.
My practice draws on certified hypnotherapy training and many years of one-on-one work. Above all, I value presence — yours and mine.
