I'm Anna. I work with women and men who want to feel more at ease in their own life — whether that's anxiety, sleep, confidence, or simply reconnecting with yourself after a difficult chapter.
My practice draws on certified hypnotherapy training and many years of one-on-one work. Sessions are paced to you, never rushed, and shaped around what you bring.
